Each week, you’ll discover a new mix of flavours and textures to help enhance your mealtimes, including different aromatics and herbs, as well as more unusual fruit & veg offerings. The perfect addition to sit alongside your usual weekly staples box, our Cook’s Ingredients Box is an easy way to eat sustainably and with the seasons. This box will typically contain seven portions of veg (which may include 1 portion of fruit), two different flavours such as citrus or chillies and one fragrant herb or foraged ingredient.

With this curated box, we’ve picked a fixed selection of organic and wild crops from our trusted farmers. So, you won’t be able to swap the contents in this box, and your Dislikes List won’t apply.

You’ll also be helping to fight food poverty every week. For each Fruit & Veg Box sold, we’ll donate a portion of fresh, nutritious fruit and veg to those in need. Your donation will support the vital work of one of our amazing food charity partners: the Felix Project, Dons Local Action Group and School Food Matters.
