Perfect for wood burners and stoves, bio-bean’s sustainable and planet-friendly fire logs are made from recycled coffee grounds, collected from UK coffee shops. These coffee-powered fire logs burn 20% hotter and longer than kiln-dried wood, giving you more heat for your money. By choosing bio-bean’s coffee logs, you’re helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and cut down on waste, while also supporting a fellow certified B-Corp.

Producer
bio-bean is a coffee recycling company, based in Cambridgeshire. They take waste coffee grounds from businesses both large and small across the UK, process them at their factory in Alconbury Weald, and turn them into a variety of products, including Coffee Logs. By doing this they reduce coffee waste being sent to landfill, where the grounds emit harmful greenhouse gases, including methane. And in fact, by turning the grounds into Coffee Logs, bio-bean generates 80% less greenhouse gases! The idea for all this was sparked in 2013, and since then bio-bean has grown from strength to strength, increasing their sustainable impact. They’ve recycled around 22,000 tonnes of waste coffee grounds thus far!
