- Aromas of fresh green apples and fennel, combined with floral notes and citrus - With a gentle and refreshing fizz, giving a long finish - As ‘Brut’ means ‘dry’ in French, you can expect an unsweetened wine with little sugar - Serve and share on special occasions, or pair with seafood like smoked salmon and trout - Made using a soft press technique, to extract the most from the grapes. Followed by a 24-hour stirring process to allow for an initial fermentation.
