Storage & prep

Heat a little oil in a frying Pan. Preheat pan until searing hot. place sausages into a pan for 10 -15 minutes. Turning regularly until juices run clear with no pink meat.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery, and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours, do not refreeze once thawed.
