Oven: Remove outer sleeve. Preheat the oven to 180°C, Gas Mark 4, pierce the film in a few places. Place the container onto a flat baking sheet and cook in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes, remove and carefully lift the film off, cook for a further 5-10 minutes without the film. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Microwave 700W: Remove outer sleeve. Leave the film on, pierce the film in a few places. Place on a microwavable plate. Cook for 4 minutes, carefully peel back the film, stir, replace the film and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
