This unusual organic green cauliflower is great for getting the kids into veg (grow it in a funny colour and they go mad for it). Also known as broccoflower – for obvious reasons –it’s just as delicious as both of its relatives in the Brassica family. It’s tender and firm like broccoli, and less crumbly than normal cauliflower. Once you’ve cooked it up, you’ll delight in its sweet and slightly nutty taste.

Outstanding in
their field
Our farmers are brilliant. We talk to them every day and have close relationships with them all. It means we get the pick of their crop, and we make sure they get a fair deal too.
