Gran Luchito translates to “Great Little Fighter”. And this B Corp certified business is dedicated to fighting off subpar Mexican-inspired cuisine. Initially sold from a food stall in Maltby Street Market. They source their products from the heart of Mexico.

Storage & prep

Once open keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Not suitable for home freezing
"Place each tortilla in a hot dry pan for 5 seconds on each side. Pierce the packaging and microwave for 15-25 seconds on full power (850W). Wrap the Tortillas in foil an dplace in a preheated oven (180 C) for 8-10 minutes. Keep covered and warm until you are ready to serve"
