A light and easy-going organic white wine made from Spanish native variety Airien and Sauvignon Blanc. Located in Villanueva de Alcardete in La Mancha, central Spain. This delectable dry is balanced with a touch less strength of flavour as other expressions of Sauvignon, making it dangerously drinkable! Aromas here are of ripe gooseberry and lime leaf to boot, and it’s an absolute steal for the price.
