Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery, and use within one month. Defrost fully before use, do not refreeze once thawed.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Place in a hot frying pan with oil and cook for 4-6 minutes. Add sauce, season meat and bring to the boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Please ensure the beef is cooked through with no pink meat, and the juices run clear.

Preparation and Usage: Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
