These tender and juicy beauties come from Daylesford’s organic farm, where native British cattle breeds are raised on a diet of natural grass and organic forage. Being well-fed, free of routine antibiotics and artificial chemicals, the animals are healthy and the meat is of uncompromisingly high quality.

Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated <5°C. Consume within 1 day of opening.

Heat a little oil in a frying Pan. Preheat pan until searing hot. Season with salt and pepper and place burgers into a pan for 10 -14 minutes. Turning regularly until juices run clear with no pink meat.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery, and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours, do not refreeze once thawed.
