This organic Chardonnay shows exotic fruit characteristics, such as pineapple and mango. It all blends beautifully well with its mellow acidity and subtle creamy texture, all whilst remaining fresh and alert. Despite accounting for only 7% of plantings in the region, this hardy variety does well in Navarra’s climate and has long been a staple in the region’s white repertoire. And after tasting it for ourselves, we can see why!
