Give everyone their own festive centrepiece with our Bacon Wrapped Turkey Parcels with Cranberry Stuffing from Kelly's. Each turkey breast is filled with a fruity pork stuffing and hand-wrapped in unsmoked, dry-cured streaky bacon.
What makes me special?
- Tender turkey breast. Each parcel is made from a single turkey breast that stays succulent under its bacon jacket. It's lean and mild, so the stuffing and bacon really shine.
- Cranberry and date stuffing. A pork stuffing studded with dates and dried cranberries runs through the middle. It's sweet, savoury and festive in every bite.
- Wrapped by hand. Kelly's butchers hand-wrap each parcel in unsmoked, dry-cured streaky bacon. It turns golden and crisp in the oven while keeping the turkey juicy.
- One each. There are two parcels in the pack, so it's an easy way to plan Christmas dinner for two. Add an extra pack for every couple at the table.
- Quick to roast. Pop them on a tray in a moderate oven for 35-40 minutes, until the juices run clear. Let them rest somewhere warm for a few minutes before serving.
- All the trimmings. They're lovely with roast potatoes, glazed carrots and a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Slice them in half on the plate to show off the stuffing.
- British turkey. The turkey and bacon come from the UK, and the parcels are prepared on Kelly's farm in Essex.
- Easy to freeze. Freeze them on the day they arrive if you're planning ahead. Defrost them in the fridge over 24 hours and cook them within a day.

Our top turkey farmer is Paul Kelly, who rules his roost on his farm in Essex. Things began back in the 1970s for the family Kelly, with white turkeys, but wanting to differentiate themselves from the pack they soon switched their attention to bronze turkeys, the original and more traditional variety. Ever since, Paul has been raising bronze turkeys in line with the highest standards of welfare and it truly shows in the excellent flavour.
