Their story begins back in 1991, when founders George and Adam first brought back a car boot full of Monsieur Soler’s glossy Provençal olives to the UK. Since then, they’ve not stopped following the sun in their quest to find the finest, ethically- and sustainably-sourced ingredients to create the very best food.
Like us, our friends at Belazu are passionate about people. They know all their growers and makers personally, and have worked hand in hand with many of them for decades.
