Pour a glass of this organic Apple Brandy from Dà Mhìle and savour the rich, warming flavours of orchard-grown apples. Distilled from organic cider and aged in traditional Bordeaux casks, it balances crisp apple freshness with softer fruit notes and gentle oaky character.

What makes me special?

- Crisp apple flavour. Distilled from organic cider to capture fresh orchard apple notes with a smooth finish.
- Aged in Bordeaux casks. Barrel ageing rounds the spirit and adds softer fruit flavours.
- Smooth and warming. A golden amber brandy with clean apple aromas and oaky notes.
- Crafted by Dà Mhìle Distillery. Produced by an organic distillery that takes a traditional approach to distillation and ageing.
- A festive feast. Serve after Christmas dinner, alongside a cheeseboard or as a warming nightcap by the fire.
- Sustainably delivered. Arrives at your table with zero air miles and zero pointless plastic.

Producer

Dà Mhìle Distillery is rooted at Glynhynod Farm in west Wales, where the Savage-Onstwedder family have been farming since 1981. Inspired by a passion for organic food and drink, they pioneered the first organic whisky of the modern era before opening their own on-farm distillery in 2012. Today, they craft a range of organic spirits using certified organic ingredients, including barley, juniper berries, apples and citrus fruits. Every spirit is distilled on-site in their still, Ceridwen, with recipes designed to draw out depth and character of flavour, resulting in carefully crafted bottles that reflect both their farming heritage and commitment to organic production.
