Bake our Apple and Blackberry Crumble for Two from Fieldgoods for an easy, comforting pudding. Soft, fruity apples and juicy blackberries sit beneath a golden, crunchy crumble with a gentle hint of cinnamon.

What makes me special?

- Crunchy and golden. The buttery topping bakes up golden and crunchy, with oats for extra texture. It's the perfect contrast to the soft, hot fruit underneath.
- Packed with fruit. Apples and blackberries make up over 80% of the recipe, baking down into a hot, jammy compote. There's plenty of fruit in every spoonful.
- A hint of cinnamon. Ground cinnamon brings a soft, warming spice to the fruit. It's just enough to make the whole kitchen smell wonderful as it bakes.
- Made for sharing. It's just right for two after dinner. Serve it with a jug of hot custard, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or a dollop of cream.
- Straight from the fridge. Bake it from chilled for 35-40 minutes, until the top's golden. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving, as the fruit gets very hot.
- Wildfarmed flour. The crumble topping is made with flour from Wildfarmed, along with butter, caster sugar, and light brown sugar.
- Vegetarian. It's suitable for vegetarians, so it's a sweet finish everyone can share.
- Proudly B Corp. Like us, our friends at Fieldgoods are a certified B Corp, working to make a positive impact on people and our planet.
