Pour a glass of Animalia, a subtle orange wine. Organic. And sustainably crafted.

What makes me special?

- Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes from in the Casablanca Valley in Chile
- Each sip sports notes of ripe stone fruits and dried herbs on the nose. Followed by a grassy Sauvignon tang
- The artisans at Emiliana destem and crush the grapes. Then ferment them with the skins left on (this gives the wine it’s distinct orange hue) in concrete tanks. They then transfer the wine to special concrete eggs for fermenting
- Delivered with zero air miles
- ABV: 13%

Producer

The Emiliana winery spreads itself over 1000 hectares across valleys in central Chile, blanketed in organic and biodynamic grapevines. They’ve been focused on the quality of their wines and their natural surroundings since the 80s, when they began making strides towards being a sustainable winery. They even picked themselves up the 2015 ‘Winery of the Year’ award from ‘Wine of Chile,’ so we’re not alone in thinking they’re superb.
