Famous Hedgehog Bakery is set in a stunning 18th century stable block on an organic estate in Wimborne, Dorset. They grow their own wheat, fruit, vegetables and herbs – all of which our poured into their lovingly-made breads, cakes, tarts and pastries. The bakery is run by Jamie and Rose Campbell, who gave up careers as architects to bake fresh, organic treats. They actually built the wood-fired oven in the bakery themselves and they only use wood from local, sustainable forests to fire it.

Keep refridgerated. Once opened, keep refridgerated and use within 3 days. Remove from the fridge before use. Roll to desired thickness. For baking follow your recipe.
Freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Defrost overnight in a fridge or for 2 hours at room temperature. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
