What makes me special?
- From acacia blossom. The bees gather nectar from acacia blossom, which gives the honey its pale colour. - Silky and runny. This runny honey flows easily, so you can drizzle it exactly where you want it. - Great with cheese. Its soft sweetness suits fresh cheeses, ripe pears and walnuts on a sharing board. - A balanced dressing. Whisk a spoonful into lemon juice, olive oil and mustard to soften the sharpness. - Pure and simple. There's nothing else added, just honey. - If it sets. Like all honey, it can crystallise over time. Stand the bottle in warm water for a few minutes and it'll turn runny again. - A certified B Corp. Like us, our friends at Hilltop Honey are a certified B Corp, working to make a positive impact on people and our planet. - Sustainably delivered. Arrives at your table with zero air miles and zero pointless plastic.

Producer
Hilltop Honey was founded in 2011 by Scott Davies, who discovered beekeeping while recovering from a serious back injury, when a short walk to a hive at his family home became part of his physio. From those beginnings in Newtown, mid Wales, Hilltop has grown into a much-loved honey brand, sourcing pure, natural honeys from around the world with nothing added or taken away.
