This is an incredibly rich wine with no added sulphur. It has an exquisite bouquet of blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries and sweet spice and herbs to make it a lovely fruity experience. It pairs great with grilled meat and full-flavoured pasta dishes (if you're feeling a tad naughty, it goes great with chocolate desserts too).

Made by Jean-Claude Mas in Les Domaine Paul Mas in the South of France. The Paul Mas estate vineyards benefit from warm Mediterranean climate and also a strong and healthy northern wind. Vinified traditionally in cement vats, the wine is then aged in oak barrels for 6 months.
