Helen and Simon Pattinson were fed up running the rat race so they ditched their well-paid jobs for a bit of soul-searching travel in South America. “When we reached Venezuela we experienced cocoa being grown, harvested and processed into cocoa liquor, and soon realised that there was a lot more to chocolate than at first meets the eye.” Thankfully, this inspired them to open a tiny chocolate shop in Brighton to the delight of all chocolate lovers.
