Storage & prep

Once opened, squeeze out the air, seal the bag tight and keep in an airtight container, and use within 2 weeks. Use 1-2 heaped dessert spoonfuls of fresh ground coffee per cup, or 15g per 250ml of hot just of the boil water. Suitable for a wide range of brewing methods including cafetiere, V60, mocha stove pot and filter machine.
