Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight. Once opened, use within 6 months.
Apply a small amount of Fresh Mint Toothpaste with fluoride to an electric or a manual toothbrush and gently brush teeth and gums. Do this morning and evening, and preferably after each meal. Minimise swallowing and spit out excess toothpaste once you have finished brushing your teeth. Avoid rinsing the mouth with water immediately after brushing as this could reduce the fluoride’s effectiveness.
