Partridge, Wild, Hampshire Game (220g)

Partridge, Wild, Hampshire Game (220g)

(£1.80 per 100g)

Available from 9th December

Partridge is a light, wild game meat with a delicate flavour. It’s daintier than you might think too, so it’s best to allow one per person. Try them roasted with a sage and onion stuffing. They're also delicious pot-roasted with rounds of veg, herbs and a glug (or two) of perry.

Please be aware that our game may contain traces of shot.
