Enjoy our delicious, organic Whole Duck, carefully reared by Ben and Alice Moseley on Summerhill Farm in Devon. Here, the Moseleys rear Pekin ducks, renowned for their succulent, rich-flavoured meat. The family pride themselves on maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare, hatching their own ducklings from their small breeding flock and rearing them in small groups of less than 200. All of their ducks have free-range of the Devonshire pastures during the day and are housed on a deep bed of straw at night. The ducks are then dry plucked, waxed and hung, to give them the best flavour and finish, making for a sensational centrepiece.
