We’re sure the people at The Tofoo Co. won’t mind it when we say that they’re absolutely fanatical about organic tofu. Since 1999, they’ve been hand-making their magic curds in small batches up Yorkshire way. While that might not be the traditional heart of the tofu industry, they still make their speciality in the traditional way, to their own secret recipe.

Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated below 5?C. once opened place in an airtight container and use within 24 hours.

Fry - heat 1 tbs oil in a pan & fry, turning frequently. If using the sauce add for the last minute of cooking.
Bake - preheat oven. Toss in a little oil and cover in sauce if desired. Bake on a tray for 20 mins at 200/180 fan

Suitable for freezing, but may change the texture. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use and use on the same day. Do not refreeze.
