To use:
- Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before unwrapping your tampon.
- Make sure the applicator is ‘unlocked’ before inserting it. To check that, hold the applicator by the grooves and then turn the inner tube so it moves freely.
- To insert, hold the applicator by the grooves using your thumb and ring finger. Insert the tampon at a slight angle (you want to aim towards the small of your back) and slide it into place, stopping when the outer tube is fully inserted. Then use your middle finger or other hand to push the inner tube into place, pushing the tampon out of the applicator. Then simply remove the applicator and dispose of it as appropriate.
Used tampons should be disposed of in your general waste bin, or a sanitary bin if you’re out and about. &Sisters tampons are biodegradable, so will break down fully over time.
