Serving four and made with spinach, sautéed onions and free-range egg filling in a seeded spelt shortcrust pastry and hand-topped with sustainably-sourced Greek feta and roasted red peppers. This delicious quiche is a quick and easy Meat-Free Monday meal and is perfect enjoyed hot or cold. Heat at 200°C, 180°C with a fan-assisted oven, or gas mark 6 for 18 minutes, and serve with a fresh, green salad.

Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Enjoy hot or cold.

To heat: Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
Remove all packaging.
Place on a baking tray and heat for approximately 18 minutes.
Do not reheat.
