Unlike the tougher carving varieties, these Speciality Cooking Pumpkins are grown for their delicious flavour and soft flesh. Simply cut into wedges, drizzle with olive oil, season well and pop in the oven from about 20 minutes at 200C for a comforting autumnal favourite. You can also scoop out the seeds and roast them for a no-waste snack.
You'll receive either Porcelain Doll (pink) or Blue Doll (blue/green) but both varieties can be prepared and cooked in the same way.

Jeremy Helme’s Pool Hullock farm is just on the Welsh borders, by the village of Llandinabo. It’s a little family farm, where Jeremy also grows our more weird and wonderful things (including fennel, squash and Jerusalem artichokes).
Organic tastes better
We reckon slow grown food that’s allowed to go at its own pace tastes the best. Don’t just take our word for it.
