A 1 litre potted plant of Sanguisorba minor, an edible herbaceous perennial, native to the UK, with a rosette of fern-like, toothed leaflets that taste of mild cucumber perfect for salads or Summer drinks. It bares clusters of red flowers from early Summer and is attractive to certain bees and butterfies. Best in full sun or light shade.
