Rich, fruity and strong, this organic Yarlington Mill Cider from Newton Court Cider in partnership with River Cottage is just what you want to be sipping this summer. Crafted by combining apples from orchards at River Cottage with Newton Court’s own local varieties, including Broxwood, Foxwhelp and Dabinett, this cider has a pleasingly light sparkle on the tongue and a bold flavour. Matured in oak casks, you’ll find a medium bitterness in the profile, with a slight hint of toffee apple. Deep and complex, we’d recommend pairing yours with cheese plates and charcuterie boards to match the flavour with some saltiness, especially on hot days. 6.2% ABV.
