A blend of juicy, succulent Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc grapes, this sparkling organic wine is full of toasty, orchard fruit flavours that linger on the tongue. Fermented twice in the bottle, this careful process leads to a flurry of tiny bubbles and a classic, naturally cloudy finish. Pair yours with cheese and grape platters, or use it to toast over a table with friends.
