Add this delicious, organic Prosciutto Cotto from Pedrazzoli to your weekday sandwiches and deli spreads. Using traditional methods, each slice of ham is cut from the pork haunch – the same cut used when making Parma Ham. The pork is then carefully shaped using special moulds which give the haunch its classic pear-like shape and special texture. Once shaped, it’s carefully steam cooked and thinly sliced for a delicate but flavour-packed ham. A perfect addition to your charcuterie platters, pizzas and croque monsieurs.

Charcuterie afficionados Pedrazzoli call the wonderfully fertile and productive land of Emilia-Romagna their home, a territory in the north-east of Italy. Their hands have been busy making fine Italian meats since 1951, putting over half a century of experience under their belts. In 1996, they were one of the first salumificios (Italian for where cured meat is produced) to switch over to organic completely. Bravissimo.
