Produced with 100% Abruzzo organic whole Farro flour, stone-milled, and crafted using traditional methods, retaining all the goodness of the grains. This is a perfect organic pasta for use in soups and stews.

Rustichella d’Abruzzo only use the very best semolina from selected, organic durum wheat. This flour, with a high gluten content, is mixed with pure mountain water to give a unique firmness and flavour to their traditional pasta. Their respect for the old-fashioned way of doing things means they can offer a hearty Italian pasta that’s convenient, yet as traditional as you can get without making it yourself.

Storage & prep

Store in a cool and dry place away from light and direct heat. Cook for 10-12 mins in boiling water. Add salt if desired and drain.
