This simple and rustic pasta dish oiginally comes from the central region of Lazio in Italy. Our version is made with a rich tomato sauce flavoured with nuggets of crispy pancetta, garlic and fresh chilli. Served with a generous dusting of Parmesan, it's a quick dinner full of traditional flavour.
