Grow your own edible flowers with organic Nasturtium Seeds from Vital Seeds. You’ll discover a trailing mix of bright greenery and orange, yellow and red flowers. Both the leaves and flower petals sport a peppery, sweet flavour, perfect for salad.

Sow these seeds from March to May, 30 x 30cm apart.

For best results: Sow 2cm deep from March to May directly into the ground or into pots. Remove the dead flowers to prolong blooming.
