Gospa Citrus is a family-run business specialising in organic citrus fruit, located in Mairena del Alcor, just outside of Seville, Spain. Amadora runs the show with her son, continuing 3 generations of organic citrus growers. The farm also helps support local soup kitchens and organisations with donations of fruit and support to social infrastructure projects in the community.

Storage & prep
Limes will keep for quite a long time in your fruit bowl. If you are using half at a time, cover the end in plastic and keep in the fridge. Don’t forget to wash your fruit and veg before use.
