Lovingly made using British, outdoor-bred pork sausage meat, smoked ham hock with aged West Country Cheddar and wholegrain mustard, wrapped in all-butter puff pastry and hand-topped with a cheddar cheese sprinkle. Higgidy’s rolls come in a handy pack of six, ideal for nibbling, snacking or sharing. These delicious, high-welfare sausage rolls can be enjoyed straight from the fridge or heated up in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180oC.

Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated below 5°C.

These rolls taste best heated up. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray and heat for approximately 10-12 minutes. Do not reheat.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze before use by date and use within one month. Consume within 1 month. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours.
