Our organic Green Kabocha Squash is a delicious winter variety grown for us by Clive Martin on Bedlam Farm in Cambridgeshire. With dark green outer skin and sweet, firm, orange flesh, this squash is similar in flavour to a pumpkin or sweet potato. Try it in soups, mashed with butter or roasted in wedges with the skin left on.
