Discover this responsibly sourced, wild Octopus from Sole of Discretion. A seafood delicacy with a naturally sweet, salty flavour and a satisfyingly tender bite when cooked.

Their methods have much less impact on the sea bed, using only static nets and hand lines, from smaller boats, and they truly care about the quality of their catch.
