Keep refrigerated between 0°c - 5°c, once opened consume within 24 hours. Previously frozen. Not suitable for home freezing.
Pan Sear – Recommended
Pat steaks dry and season lightly.
Heat a little oil in a very hot pan.
Sear for 30–60 seconds per side for rare to medium-rare.
Rest briefly before serving.
Avoid overcooking – tuna is best slightly pink in the centre.
