You should be able to use a little of your organic tarragon right away, but it's best to grow the plant on for a couple of weeks before giving it a bigger chop. Make sure your plant gets a good dose of sunshine and you won’t be disappointed in the resulting flavour.

Storage & prep

Open straight away and water well. Your plant will arrive in a recyclable plastic pot. You can either keep the plant inside the pot, or you can tip it out of the pot to replant in a different container. This is an annual plant so once it finishes for the winter, it won't regrow next year.
