In 2002, Tim Westwall put an ad in a local magazine, asking, ‘Do you want to grow business in a healthy way?’ He only got one reply, from Sebastian Pole. Sebastian is a qualified practitioner in Ayurveda (the ancient Indian art of living wisely), Chinese and Western herbal medicine. They set up business in Tim’s spare room, making delicious teas from organic herbs with a focus on wellbeing. Pukka have grown their business by making sure their herbs are from organic and sustainable sources.

After Dinner: Aniseed (32.5%), sweet fennel seed (32.5%), cardamom pod (15%), licorice root, coriander seed, turmeric root.
Chamomile, Vanilla & Manuka Honey: Chamomile flower (68.5%), fennel seed, licorice root, natural manuka honey flavouring (3.5%), vanilla extract (3.5%).
Lemon, Ginger & a touch of Manuka Honey: Ginger root (38%), lemongrass, lemon peel (15%), licorice root, natural lemon flavouring (5%), natural manuka honey flavouring (2%).
Morning Berry: Rooibos leaf, hibiscus flower (28%), rosehip, blackcurrant fruit (6%), licorice root, spearmint leaf, rosemary leaf, blackberry fruit (2%), natural blackcurrant flavouring, ginger root, natural blueberry flavouring, lemongrass essential oil, spearmint essential oil.
