Founded by Stefano and Enrico, and shaped by years in professional kitchens, BIGA honours the slow, traditional methods used in Italy’s best pizzerias. Using locally sourced organic flours, pure spring water and carefully chosen sunflower oil, every dough is naturally fermented and never rushed. The result?
