- 2 large handfuls of watercress
- 3 pears
- A 200g tin of coconut milk
- 1 lime
Step by step this way

Quarter your pears. Cut out the cores and stems. Blend with the watercress, coconut milk and lime juice. Trickle in a little water to thin, if needed.
