Fill your blender with a bounty of crisp apples, juicy pears and sweet handfuls of bouncing blueberries – plus a toffeeish twist from Medjool dates and a splash of almond milk for creaminess.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 125g blueberries
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 250ml almond drink

Step by step this way

    Quarter the apples and pears and slice out the cores. Add the apples and pears to your blender. Tip in the blueberries. Crush the Medjool dates and remove the stones. Roughly chop the dates and add them to the blender.

    Pour 250ml almond drink into the blender and add a handful of ice cubes. Whizz till smooth, then pour into glasses and serve.
