Salted Caramel & Peanut Shake

What better way to get your greens than in this super indulgent smoothie? Bananas, dates and a pinch of sea salt make it a sweet and salty shake, while baby leaf spinach brings in the green goodness.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 35g peanuts
  • 50g baby leaf spinach
  • 300ml maple water
From your kitchen
  • Sea salt
  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

    Peel the bananas and break them into the blender. Halve the Medjool dates, scoop out the stones and then roughly chop the dates. Add them to the blender. Tip in the peanuts. Tuck in the baby leaf spinach.

    Pour in the maple water. Add a pinch of salt and a few ice cubes and blitz for a few mins till smooth. Serve straight away.

    Mr Freeze
    For a thicker shake, peel and slice the bananas the night before and freeze them. Use the frozen bananas in the smoothie and skip the ice cubes.
