  • 3 kiwi fruit
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon

    Roughly chop your pears, discarding the seeds and stem. Peel first if you like, or leave the skin on for added goodness. Peel your kiwi fruit. Blend the pears and kiwi with 250ml water and a pinch of cinnamon, adding more water if needed.
