Pear & Blueberry Thickie

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 pears
- 125g blueberries
- 1 banana
- 150g Greek style yogurt
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
- 100ml cold water
Step by step this way

Quarter the pears and slice out the cores. Roughly chop the pears. Tip them into your blender with the blueberries. Peel and break in the banana. Spoon in the yogurt.

Add a few ice cubes and 100ml cold water. Blitz till smooth, adding more water if you would prefer a thinner smoothie.
