- 125g raspberries
- 2 bananas
- 40g peanut butter
- 330ml dairy free mylk

- A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

Tip the raspberries into your blender. Peel the bananas and break them into the blender. Add the peanut butter.

Pour in 330ml dairy free mylk (save the rest of the carton for this week’s other smoothies). Add a few ice cubes, blend till smooth and serve straight away.
