Open Sesame Mango

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 mango
- 1 level tsp turmeric
- 25g sesame seeds
- 50g baby leaf spinach
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
- 250ml cold water
Step by step this way

Peel the mango. Slice the flesh off the stone. Chop into small chunks. Add to your blender with 1 tsp turmeric, the sesame seeds and the baby leaf spinach.

Add a few ice cubes and pour in 250ml cold water. Blitz for a few mins till smooth, then pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
